The Order Fulfillment page allows you to set a Start Direct Shipping Date and enable bulk fulfillment.
Start Direct Shipping
Start Direct Shipping allows you to choose a date in which all orders will be direct shipped, thus overriding the Shipment Type in your Cart Settings.
This will prevent consumers from submitting pickup orders and will initiate (or enforce) the shipping fee set in your Cart Settings.
Hold Order Fulfillment Until Manual Release
This option allows you the ability to hold orders, so you can edit before submitting to the lab. The hold automatically applies to pickup orders and you have the ability to hold Direct Ship and Digital Download orders.
To release orders, you'll need to go to the Orders screen within the job and select Release Orders. Make sure you've completed all tasks needed before doing so as this cannot be undone.
Blueprint will provide an overview of how the orders will be released and let you know if there are unassigned orders or orders missing images. In this case, you may want to cancel and forego releasing orders until you've corrected the issues mentioned.
- Ship pickup orders to studio
The lab will ship pickup orders back to your studio, using the address you have setup in your Contact Information via Preferences.
- Ship pickup orders to...
Assign a unique address for the lab to ship your pickup orders to. This could be the school address or any address different from your studio's.
Please confirm all options below are available with your lab.
Select an envelope type to be used at the lab when packaging your orders.
Include Package for Subjects Without Orders
Commonly referred to as "no-buy" packages. You have the ability to communicate your lab that you would like to include a package for subjects that didn't place an order.
Split/Combine Multiple Subjects
This setting allows you to determine how you would like to split multiple packages per subject.
These are the inserts included within each of your subject's packages.
We provide four separate sorting options that are communicated to the lab. Make sure your sort makes sense and you're using data fields that have data mapped to them within the job. This is how your lab will package and ship your order.
