To create a new job first go to the Jobs Landing page and click New. You will now go through the Job Setup wizard to configure your jobs settings.
This is the title of your job. Your clients will be able to view this when they visit their gallery, so you'll want to make this something relatable and easy to understand.
Select the appropriate Job Type for accurate reporting and job filtering.

Subject - Learn how to Create Subject Job
Most commonly used for school jobs. Each individual has a unique online code assigned and this will be used as their password to access images online.
NOTE: To use custom generated online codes, you must select the option to Manually Set Online Codes. Otherwise, ImageQuix will assign a unique online code to each subject (recommended).
This option enables our pre-order shopping cart. Most commonly used for accepting orders before the shoot. Make sure to associated a Custom Form to collect subject data if you weren’t provided any by the school!
One of the most unique and powerful features of Blueprint, the Green Screen feature allows your clients to see their pose(s) render in real time with backgrounds. To use this feature, you must have backgrounds added to your price sheet.
The hidden feature removes the job from your Shopping Cart landing page, but will still allow your clients to find the job by using a keyword or online code in the search field.
Images will be hosted at a max dimension of 3200px.
Large Format (Recommended)
For automating orders to a lab, as images will be stored at a max dimension of 6000px.
This field can be used for internal reporting purposes as you'll be able to filter orders by this job Reference field.
The Keyword provides a means for your clients to find their job, but this too can be used as a means of filtering your orders.
The password field isn't needed on a subject jobs as the Online Code is acting as your password. If you're creating a Standard job, you may want to implement a password as an added layer of security.
Assign the appropriate price sheet to the job. You can learn more about price sheets here.
Assign your Cart Settings to the job. This is where you've assigned your tax, shipping & handling, watermark and other settings customize your customer's shopping cart experience.
Shopping Cart Data Form
These forms are mostly used for pre-order jobs, but you can use them any time you need to collect data that isn't already collected at checkout. For example, if you don't receive a roster from your school(s) you can create a custom form and collect the subject's first and last name as well as other pertinent information.
