Is it your first time?
Now that you've got Blueprint installed on your machine, it's time to customize your studio's preferences. After signing in, you'll arrive at the Studio Dashboard. Click on "Your Name @ Studio Name" on the title bar at the top and select Preferences in the drop-down list to open Blueprint Settings.
Enter in your studio's contact information such as Name, Address, and your Studio's Website. You can also enter a description of your studio as well as the email address your order invoices will come from. This will all be referenced later throughout the system so be sure to keep it up-to-date!
Here's where you can review your membership details at any time; like your rates and fees. You can also renew your Blueprint membership or contact a Product Support Specialist. Don't forget to give them your Customer ID (circled below).
Roles & Permissions
Since we don't charge for number of installs or users, that means you can have your whole studio using Blueprint; but that doesn't mean everyone should see everything in Blueprint. Create as many roles as needed and edit them here to fine-tune who in your studio has access to what features. From Assistant Studio Manager to Quality Assurance, you can create a role for just about anything!
Like we said earlier - there's no additional charges for users. It's a best practice to give everyone their own account. Any user you create can have their roles assigned to them here. You can also limit their access to specific Jobs.
Choose your Payout Frequency and set the Minimum Amount needed to reach before your revenue is deposited into your bank account. Don't forget to fill out and turn in an IQ Direct Deposit Form. You can download an additional form from this tab in the app or by using the button below.
Here is where you can customize specific account-level options for your Online Shopping Cart. You can add your Studio's logo as well as disable basic image editing from the customer. Be sure to add your Studio's Gallery Link (the URL circled below) to your website for customers to easily access their pictures from your website!
Now that we're finished adding in our starting preferences for Blueprint, it's time to create a Shopping Cart template and Price Sheet so we can attach them to your first Job! For a more detailed review of the Preferences tab, check out this article here.
